Terms of Use

Effective date: March 30, 2026. These terms govern your access to hubops.co and describe rights, responsibilities, and legal limits for use of HubOps tools and content.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Beatrice W Cox, the individual operator of hubops.co, doing business as "HubOps" ("HubOps", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using this website, its tools, and related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use HubOps.

1) Service Overview

HubOps provides browser-based utility tools and educational resources for developers, marketers, SEO professionals, and operations teams. Our features may include generators, formatters, validators, and process support content.

We may update, suspend, or remove site features at any time in order to improve reliability, security, or product direction.

2) Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are legally capable of entering binding agreements. If you use HubOps on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

4) Tool Output and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Validating calculations and formatted values
  • Maintaining your own backups and source-of-truth records
  • Ensuring output complies with your contractual and regulatory obligations

5) No Warranty; Service Provided "As Is"

HubOps and all associated tools, code, and content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, HubOps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability.

We do not warrant that:

  • Tool calculations are always complete or error-free
  • The site will remain uninterrupted at all times
  • Every defect will be corrected immediately
  • Outputs are suitable for your specific commercial objective

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HubOps, its operator, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the site.

This includes, without limitation, liability for:

  • Data loss
  • Lost revenue or lost business opportunities
  • Marketing performance impact from mistaken configuration
  • Incorrect tool calculations or transformed output

10) Termination and Access Restriction

Sections that are logically intended to survive termination, including warranty disclaimers and liability limits, remain in effect after termination.

11) Changes to Terms

12) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of HubOps will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Oregon, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13) Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and HubOps regarding site use.
